- Started own pitching and baseball instruction business in the Portland, Oregon area from 2007-2009. Provided individual and group instruction to hundreds of players of all ages. Teaching method focuses on mechanics, the mental game of baseball, and injury prevention
- May - August 2009; Starting pitcher for the Winnipeg Goldeyes of the Independent Northern League
- March - May 2009; Traveled to France to play, coach, and help develop the sport of baseball throughout the country
- Promoted to the Florida State League Clearwater Threshers following the SAL All-Star Game. Member of the 2007 Florida State League Champions, Clearwater Threshers
- 2007, began the season for the Lakewood Blueclaws in the South Atlantic League. Selected to the South Atlantic League All-Star team.
- Following NY-Penn League All-Star game promoted to the Lakewood Blueclaws of the South Atlantic League. Member of the 2006 South Atlantic League Champions.
- 2006 played for the Batavia Muckdogs of the New York Penn League. Selected to the NY-Penn League All-Star team.
- Drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2006 MLB draft. Played with the Phillies until Spring Training 2009
